The sun rose around 6 am. We woke up at 2 am to drive to Mt Batur and start our hike at 3 AM. It was one of the hardest but most rewarding climbs I have ever done. Our guide, Wayan, had to hold my hand on the last stretch but hey, what are guides for?!
